We implemented a training program for a company working both on B2B and B2C markets, addressing Crisis Committee members and appointed spokespeople. The training had two different sessions, one specifically designed for plant managers, and focused on media interactions in crisis occurrences, alternating theoretical contents with video examples and hands-on exercises. Each spokesperson had the opportunity to face multiple, tailor-made crisis scenarios and simulate interviews with printed media, radio and TV supported by two experienced journalists. Each exercise was recorded to allow self-assessment and an accurate feedback from the trainers.
